Enrollment: Students will be enrolled on a first-come basis. Classes will be offered to a minimum of 6 (except by teacher approval) and a maximum of 10-12 children. Students may be added on a space available basis. Siblings who participate in class will be considered as class members and therefore, tuition will be charged.

Fees: Registration and materials fees are due in full at the time of registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. One half of the tuition is due the 1st day of class. The 2nd half is due at the mid-point of the semester. A $10 late fee will be assessed if tuition payments are not received after the 2nd week they are due. Materials fees include Nevada Sales Tax. Families enrolling more than one child receive a $10 discount off each additional tuition.

Refunds: Refunds are not given after the first class of the session.

Make-ups: Make-ups are available on a space-available basis. Please leave a message by phone or email concerning when you would like to do a make-up. Please do not bring a sick child to class. All make-ups must be done within the session for which you are enrolled.

Parent Participation: Parents or caregivers participate with their children in classes up through age 4, according to the class structure. In the Music Makers classes, parents join in the last 10-15 minutes of class.

• ♫ Music class starts on time. Please plan to arrive 2-3 minutes early so that your child is happily settled.
• ♫ Please save adult conversations and cell phone use for before or after class. Enjoying the time in class with your child gives them the message that they are special and that music time is important.
• ♫ You may want to bring a water bottle to class. Please leave other snacks and toys in the car as these can be distracting for all the students.
• ♫ Encourage your child to use the restroom before class. We request that one parent be available during the older children’s classes to accompany children to the restroom.

Teacher Availability: Teachers are available 5-10 minutes after class. Please understand that the time before class is our preparation time. You may contact Patti with any concerns by phone or email.

Teacher Leave: There will be one day of paid sick leave per teaching year to allow for teacher illness. You will be notified as soon as possible of the illness.
